Hi.
We're just a couple of folks living in Seattle and taking on the task (and joy!?) of a brand new build. Through this last year, we are still standing and soon the fun part (design!) begins....and will last for some time to come as we DIY our way through every tiny and huge detail that comes with building a new home.
Through the months, the learning curves have been steep, ultimately rewarding, and often frustrating navigating city requirements, finding vendors and contractors and the right products.
